FinView Control's two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures secure access to your account. During the initial setup, you will be prompted to create your 2FA code using either SMS or an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.

If you encounter issues such as not receiving your code or accidentally deleting it from the app, you must contact your agency to reset your 2FA. Once requested, they will reset your 2FA, allowing you to set up a new code.
